Games like WordBrain are loved by millions of players. Your job will be to create and help execute a roadmap that improves our KPIs and keeps our players happy. Sales, events, marketing opportunities and cross-promo are some of the mechanisms that will enable you to continue to have great retention, conversion, ARPDAU, ARPPU and engagement. These games are thoroughbreds in MAG’s stable, so a seasoned handler is required.
You’ll need to have a nose for data. Are you the sort of person that can spot the drop in cohort conversion, trace it back to a mis-priced pack in a German Android build and roll out a fix by the end of the afternoon? Can you run an A/B test that demonstrates that level 5 would see less churn if we gave away free hints at the end of level 4? Can you propose a three month project involving our Business Intelligence, User Acquisition and Marketing teams that will double our daily sessions? Yes? Awesome!
Desired Skills and Experience
2-4 years of experience in high MAU mobile games.
Experience in Product Marketing and/or Brand Management.
Self-starter, able to identify obstacles and work through solutions.
Ability to inspire and motivate those that work for them and those they work around.
Strong analytical and data modelling skills.
Keen eye for detail on what looks and feels good.
Team player who appreciates giving and receiving feedback.
